Our Founders

Brian Nisula

Brian Nisula has over 25 years of career experience founding, growing, and operating companies in the sectors of land development and construction. He is a Florida licensed General Contractor, Vice President of CUPS Co–op 1 and CUPS Co-op 2 Board of Directors, a Director of both the Dundee Citrus Growers Association and Winter Haven Citrus Growers Association and he holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.

David Loeb

David Loeb has over 25 years of senior management, sales, and company ownership experience within the manufacturing and real estate sectors. He is a Director of CUPS Co–op 1 and CUPS Co-op 2 Boards, and he holds a BS in Business from the University of Hartford.

Eduardo Pines

2019 Florida Environmental Stewardship Award

Ed Pines, founder of EIP Citrus Management LLC, has been involved in the Florida citrus industry for over 25 years. His experience ranges from grove development and management to citrus production and marketing. To combat the devastation of the Citrus Greening disease (HLb), he developed Ag-Armortm, commercializing the concept of Citrus Under Protective Screening (CUPS). Since 2016, EIP Citrus Management LLC has built over 300 acres of Ag-Armortm structures and continues to expand its operations. Pines was the recipient of the 2017 Florida Grower Achievement Award and the 2019 Florida Environmental Stewardship Award. He holds a degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and is a Certified Florida Builder Contractor.

Steven B. Callaham

CEO Dundee CGA – 2020 Citrus Achievement Award

Steven B. Callaham is the Executive Vice-President and CEO of Dundee Citrus Growers Association.  He has worked in the Florida Citrus Industry for 25 years and serves on numerous industry and community boards including: The Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association, Florida Citrus Packers, Citrus Administrative Committee, Cooperative Producers Inc., Ranch One Cooperative, Gulf Harvesting, Statewide Harvesting and Hauling, Florida Classic Growers Inc., and the Lake Wales Care Center.  Steven is the 2020 Florida Grower Citrus Achievement Award winner, and he holds a BS in Horticultural Sciences from the College of Agriculture at the University of Florida.

Richard Goodman

Chairman of CUPS Coop I and II

Richard Goodman is a long time citrus grower and early adopter of CUPS, a businessman, and philanthropist.  In addition to the number of Charitable and Business Boards that he sits on, he is the Chairman of the CUPS Coop 1 and 2 Boards, and a member of the Dundee Citrus Growers Association Board and the Citrus World Board. Richard holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate and an MBA from University of Denver.

Robert Behr

2019 Citrus Achievement Award

Bob Behr is the former CEO of Florida’s Natural Growers Inc., who recently retired following a successful career with the marketing cooperative known for their nationally distributed juice products. He is currently a Director of Farm Credit of Central Florida, ACA, and a Director of CoBank, ACB. Dr. Behr is also a Director of CUPS Coop, Inc. and a Director of Winter Haven Citrus Growers Association.  He is an owner and operator of several citrus groves in Florida.

Marc Topiol

Marc Topiol has a long standing experience within the real estate space focused on operations, capital market, strategic planning and  marketing. Marc has operated around the world since 1986. As an Advisor to PM Citrus, Marc assists us with the planning of mid term growth, capital outreach & investor relations along with identifying commercial solutions in support of our expansion.
